Fantasy Football

***This seems like a good time to mention that I am absolutely obsessed with Eli Manning. I think he's my favorite non-Steeler player of all time. This video pretty much lives rent free in my head.

I am blithely ignoring all TJ Watt related news this week and instead am focusing on my Fantasy Team.

I never have high hopes for my fantasy team, but this year I drafted my team with two and half lemon drop martinis in my system, so this may be my year to win it all.

R we out of the Woods (clever right??) did get a B grade from Yahoo Sports, so I will accept that. Check out my team (in draft order) below and let me know what you think:

1) Ezekiel Elliot (RB)

2) DK Metcalf (WR)

3) Terry McLaurin (WR) - I'll be honest I have no idea who this is: this is when I started to panic and reminded myself that I did absolutely no research this year so even if I had been sober I wouldn't have done well.

4) Robert Woods (WR)

5) Dak Prescott (QB)

6) Darrell Henderson Jr. (RB)

7) Chase Edmonds (RB)

8) AJ Dillon (RB)

9) Jonnu Smith (TE) - according to Yahoo Sports this was my worst pick

10) Matthew Stafford (QB)

11) Denver Defense

12) Matt Gay (K)

13) Curtis Samuel (WR)

14) Marquise Brown (WR) - somehow still available in the 14th round? Yes please!

15) Cole Kmet (TE)

I'm most excited for my wide receiver core and I'm most nervous about the fact that my starting QB and my first round pick are on the same team. You may be asking yourself where all the Steelers are, but I always try not to do that because then I am extra sad when they do poorly.
